I adore Spa Reyna! I have definitely found my new place for Brazilian. They give you the option between hard and soft wax and the esthitician makes everything as easy and painless as possible. They take such good care of you here as well, I've been to a few esthiticians in the city and I've always had problems but not here. The staff is so friendly and helpful in every way possible. When I go into a Spa or Salon I expect to feel like its about me, I want them to be talking to me and making me feel important, I don't want to sit and get my nails done while the techs are talking to there friends. Spa Reyna definitely makes the customer feel important, and valued. I've been telling all of my friends about this place and I even have regular appoinments scheduled. One of the best Spa's in the city!

Ten years removed from High School, I sought out a degree program that would fit my full time work schedule as well as allow me the balance to continue being a great husband and father. I was shocked when my search yielded OLHCC; all I needed and more to attain a well-rounded business education, right in my back yard. Evening courses, internet courses, independent study, OLHCC has it all! I'm sorry. Did I mention the "Real World" business faculty? If you're looking for a Business Degree that's worth it's weight in gold (by the way, a precious metal whose value has withstood the test of time) a Business Degree from OLHCC might be a great choice for you too. Go ahead! Check it out! I dare ya!J. D. Riley III 08'
I recently visited Spa Reyna for a massage and was extremely pleased with my experience. The massage with Chris was excellent! She really worked the kinks out of my back but made the whole experience super relaxing. I've also visited Tracy for a facial and waxings... she is simply the best. Hands down. Extremely knowledgeable, gives amazing facials and a delight. This really was the best spa experience I've had in New Orleans. I love the small space. I never felt rushed or shuffled around. The entire space feels organic and homey... not like a big box spa. I will definitely return and encourage everyone to visit.
I had been to this SALON SEVERAL TIMES OVER THE PAST 2 YEARS AND WOULD STOP GOING DUE TO THE SAME ISSUES. The ISSUE IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They DO OKAY WORK HOWEVER, whenever I, A CUSTOMER IS UNSATISFIED, The MANAGER AND THE WHOLE STAFF BECOMES RUDE AND SNAPPY. AS A PROFESSIONAL PKACE OF BUSINESS THEY REALL NEED TO TAKE CUSTOMER SERVICE CLASSES BECAUSE IF I TREATED THEM THE WAY THEY TREATED ME I WOULD NO LONGER HAVE A JOB. PLEASE PEOPLE PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS NAIL SALON. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY EASILY BUT WILL REFUSE TO FIX THEIR OWN MISTAKES!!!!!!!!!!
I've passed this shop many of times while on Bullard and today (Tuesday around 10am) I decided to go in and get a pedicure. I love their pedicure chairs and the color selection was huge (even though I got white tips and a design). The pedicure chair gives a nice massage during the whole pedicure. They even offer a wax dip for your feet. I would recommend this place to my friends. The nail tech was very nice and even though her English wasn't that good it wasn't a problem. I'll be back here when it's time for another pedi. My feet came out real soft.
I'm a college student here in New Orleans and was in desperate need of nail needs while I'm in school they are the Best nail techs in town. I've been going to their shop for almost 2 years now...I love them. They take their time with the work to make sure you are happy they perfect anything you desire. I don't remember the(owner) wife name but she is my favorite she is the only woman I trust in New Orleans to wax my eyebrows honestly no one does them to perfection and my liking like she does. The price is very very reasonable, worth every penny
I initially attended UNO 1979-1980 to take courses to improve my grade average (long story) in order to go to graduate school at LSU-BR. Each and every class was taught by professors who felt intensely about their subjects. There was a sense that the university's mission was to encourage the students to prepare themselves to go out into the world, and make a difference.
I loved this salon immediately upon arrival. The place is just so adorable. I always get gel mani because I bartend and my nails chip religiously so that's what I got. The staff is welcoming and nice and did a thorough job. They didn't butcher my cuticles which I really appreciated. It's been 2 weeks and my nails still look great. Will def be back if I'm in the area.
I've always enjoyed great experiences at The Retreat, and since I've taken advantage of nearly every service they offer at one time or another, I can attest to the fact that the staff there are always pleasant, professional, welcoming, and accommodating to the clients' needs...while making you look and feel beautiful every time you leave.
I am a mom of four, a wife and hold a job. But, the people at Elan make it possible for me to be all that and more! I am also a full time student online. This fully accredited college will provide me with the degrees I need to follow my heart. The people are helpful and considerate of my time!
