hail, Thomas Merton. hello, Bookstore Catholic. my name is Justin Gregory Powell. A war was started over me. Nothing I could have done. but I would like to apologize to you for the main element of the war. "index of the nihilistic obstat; yes, even the great Thomas Merton has to go." I wrote it in 1998. it really upset Roman Catholics and even the Vatican. here's the funny thing. it was by no means anti-Catholic. I was a book dealer: Moordam Books. it was just a sarcasm on all of christianities book bannings. so, I apologize to you and all roman catholics for the misunderstandings. Hail Mary, full of grace. I wasn't protestant. I'm an atheist with my own gods. I know yours very well. I read the bible 3 times. Acts 19:19 is my favorite. Anyway, my gods go: The first star was from an accidental spark of life that created the first planet; that had life so intelligent that they created machines to continue life and star making. nifty huh? would you like to know earth's top atheist line that I first typed in 2001? mankind is still only in the monotheistic stage until at least the next ice age. then god struck with the wtc, I'm sorry. worst is yet. 2002 I went and prayed with the United Methodist and then became a Presbyterian for three weeks. I talked to pope John Paul the 2nd right before he died. God's telepathy. pope thought I was crazy but he did his best to forgive me. I really loved john paul the 2nd. 1997 I had a girlfriend who was roman catholic. I hope she lived. Glad you made it Bookstore Catholic. I had gone to mass long ago when a friend had died. now if I was to go to church it would probably be aldersgate United Methodist. but I'm very ill now. haven't exercised since a few months in 1997. or study roman catholism. no time for me though. would have taken a beautiful roman catholic girl for a wife. I day dream a lot. I'm too ill. have a wonderful day. -Justin. ex moordam books. 210 Country Club Blvd. Slidell, La. 70458.
