They are definitely ripping people out of their money with the bullsh*t ass warranty that they're offering the customers to get after purchasing their car. I have recently been ripped out of $1000 for that warranty because I canceled it only 3 months after purchasing my car and they are all of a sudden GONE! the warranty place ASC is only reimbursing me $400. The service contract says on my paperwork $1500 PAID!!! I want the rest of my money and bayou boys are nowhere to be found!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They were suppose to change the oil in my van , and they did something to my the motor in my van. Now the engine light is on and something is wrong with the fuel pressure. Do not go to this place.

My experience with this company was horrible. They are the tow company that Kia Roadside assistance uses and I was on the side of the road for 1 hour 45 minutes in New Orleans (where they are located). When I called to check on status of the tow after waiting 45 minutes, the dispatcher told me they had hour and 15 minutes to get to me and a truck would be there in 30 minutes. When I called to check status after 30 more minutes, the dispatcher told me the truck would be there in 15 minutes because on another call. When the tow truck driver arrived an hour and 45 minutes later, he stated he had just gotten the call 15 minutes earlier. I believe Kia Road side assistance should use another company and I am appalled at how unprofessional this company was in providing and inadequate service especially the dispatcher with her uncaring attitude.
walked onto the lot to look into used car purchase...the salesman told me personally that these cars will probably breakdown before I can finish buying the vehicle. .and that my warranty wouldn't really cover much without a heavy cost...so I should just purchase a new car?? wtf kind of salesman is that?
Wat a pathetic pathetic pathetic service center! I literally gave them thousands of dollars of business, but when they misdiagnosed my car and wasted my time... I phoned the dealer service center to complain, one of the sale's people name "B" (nugen) said that you should go somewhere else and not bring your car here for service. WOW! Is this how they pay back a loyal customer?? I guess I "WAS" a loyal customer. No more toyota of new orleans.

Terrible,terrible service purchased a car 5months ago got screwed,ain't nothing but bunch os scams over there,the salesman negotiated with the manager over salesman telling you one price thinking u will get it for the price which u dont,until u get payment book and they charge us $1000.00 more with it,they are a bunch of crooks,theives,especially the finance manager is the head leader,the biggest thief of them all worst experience in my life I work to hard for my money for them to rob me out of it,they needs to be shut down.
Will NEVER return because of bad service .. I don't know if it was because of the husband and wife Duo or because the wife told me 3000 and the husband told me 6900 when he found out I had 5000.. They were very unprofessional .. The husband even tried to sell me junk on the phone saying that he had cars at a so called 2nd car lot.... At least I can say the receptionist was nice and professional(5star4Her)
