excellent location on Ponchitrain. Close to French Quarter. $6 shuttle service. Very nice staff. store, bar and grill with decent prices. Sure, it's in a industrial area, but very convenient to NOLA sites. Would definitely stay again.

YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

If you are going to New Orleans you must stay at 3 Oaks and a Pine RV Park. It is located with easy on and off to I-10. It is Big Rig friendly (I have a 42’ 5th wheel and has lots of room to move it around). It is about 7 miles from Bourbon Street down I-10. The staff was very helpful and friendly.John B.
Although this park is nice looking on first glance, it's bordered by an industrial canal with old and rusted structures everywhere that is asthetically unappealing. The roads aren't paved and the dust permeates everything. Our car and truck, RV, and BBQ grill are all covered with the dust everytime a vehicle passes by. The price is way out of line and they charged the same price for sites with services as they did for space to park in an overflow lot with no sewer during hurricane Issac when they could gouge people with immunity. The staff is not at all friendly and they made us move to accomodate some big motor homes. We'll never stay here again if we have a choice.
