Only reason I'm giving one star is because they won't let me put none. The workers are disrespectful and neglectful, they made me miss my bus AND the one they transfered me to because they left their post and refused to serve me. Now I have to wait until tomorrow to take a bus home, that's if they don't make me miss it again. I will not be using Greyhound EVER again, I'll walk first.
Terrible service at the will call counter. The man that works at this counter was so over the top ringing his neck and being overly rude and nasty to a young lady on 5/31/15. It was truly a show that he put on a little more you would have though he was up for a role in a movie just rude and nasty could not work for me with that nasty attitude. How about putting the hours up for those of us who want pay cash (most locals) for their tickets?I know customer service is a oxymoronic in this country, but show at least a little effort!
