Nearly 1 month to get them to replace a part I could order online from Bosch myself. These guys are not capable of working on modern appliances. They don't answer their phone they take way longer than they say they will and are very rude when you do get them on the phone.I waited over 3 weeks for a part that was to take 5 -7 days to get and install. They are either understaffed or just don't know what they are doing. The comical part is their diagnostic fee was more than some of the larger repair shops charge. DO NOT HIRE Accardo's
