This is a really good place, everytime I go to any other autoplex they take really long to bring up my car and I've been going to places for atleast 4 years and my car has always been broken until I visited this place and they did an excellent job on my car. I think that this place is a miracle and they really helped me and my car. :)
They charge $12 for 10 mins. I had the stopwatch on. They spent more time cleaning the lotion off my girlfriends feet than doing the massage and when the stopwatch hit 7 mins and 41 seconds they stopped cleaning the lotion off her feet and we're trying to sell us more like back and head massages or continuing the longer massages for more money. So they charged $12 FOR LESS THAN 4 MINUTES OF actual massage. I said something and they just rolled their eyes and cash us out. My gf sais the 4 mins of rub was good. But not as good as at home. By me.
They are definitely ripping people out of their money with the bullsh*t ass warranty that they're offering the customers to get after purchasing their car. I have recently been ripped out of $1000 for that warranty because I canceled it only 3 months after purchasing my car and they are all of a sudden GONE! the warranty place ASC is only reimbursing me $400. The service contract says on my paperwork $1500 PAID!!! I want the rest of my money and bayou boys are nowhere to be found!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They were suppose to change the oil in my van , and they did something to my the motor in my van. Now the engine light is on and something is wrong with the fuel pressure. Do not go to this place.
I have gone to most of their locations & almost every time I've went in I was either being watched, being bombarded with a bunch of questions by the sales advisor. I was not greeted with a hello, nor was I thanked for my purchase. I asked to try on a few items & I was told I can only take in 2 items. I am not a fan of the over pricing, since doing my research RIO upcharges their product. I would recommend Black women to stay away from their Store, they do not trust you, but they do want your money.
Its been years since my last brazilian until 2 weeks ago with Penny. I was super nervous about what to expect, but she assured me otherwise. She was very gentle and efficient. I will definitely return for my 4 week visit. Razors are no longer friends of mine.
I am very happy to report that I was personally contacted by the owner Giselle who remembered the transaction and extended a store credit on the erroneously purchased dress! So, I retract my review on Yelp and YP. She does have some cute clothing.The only reason this place gets a 1 star is because I cannot leave a review without clicking on a star. Don't go here. The owner will talk your head of to the point of distraction. I mistakenly purchased a sale item that the owner acknowledged did not fit when I tried it on before checkout. I realized my error immediately and contacted the store. I did not request a refund but only store credit toward an immediate purchase of 2 additional non sale items. Apparently this chatterbox would rather have a one time $60 sale to a patron who will NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN than have my immediate additional sales and continuing business. Its her loss. There are tons of shops on Magazine. I'll shop elsewhere from now.
