McKee Auto Parts

I ordered a transmission and decided that I wanted to rebuild mine instead of putting in a used one within a couple of days. I called to cancel my order and was told I could not get my money back. Being very disappointed, I emailed the owner.
A few days later I received a call from one of the owners apologizing for the issue and refunded my money.
I certainly appreciate them not just letting it go and contacting me to see what they could do to keep a customer happy. I will look to them again when I need something for future projects.

My husband was scamed by this company. He orderd a part, the send the wron part and say tyo send it back with a tracking number postal insured and then do not refund the money, The reject his email and lie on the phone. The have not given the refund and they recieved the wrong part they sent back 6 weeks ago. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY . IT IS A SCAM.
