Lake Region Home Health offers a variety of nursing care services to individuals in their homes. It is Medicare- and Medicaid-certified and is licensed by the state of Minnesota. The center provides medication instruction and health education, skilled observation and assessment, therapeutic exercises, ambulation training and child health care services. Lake Region Home Health also offers rehabilitation services that include physical and occupational therapies. In addition, the center provides assistance with personal hygiene, specific exercises and the activities of daily living. It is owned and operated by Living Services Foundation, which is a nonprofit organization. Lake Region Home Health is located in New London, Minn.
