        The Computer Lab Inc, has been a local Authorized Apple Reseller and Service Provider of Southeastern Connecticut for over 25 years. Our friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable staff are equipped to answer any of your computer questions. They can help you pick out the correct computer for your needs, or help with more complex tasks such as configuring networks. We provide retail sales of both Mac and PC products and accessories, training and support for those products. Our service department offers both in-house and on-site repair consultations and training for both PC and Macintosh based users. With a quarter of a century worth of experience and expertise, The Computer Lab Inc has been able to establish a reputation of reliability, dedicated service, and integrity amongst our wide ranging customer base, spanning from residential users to businesses and school systems throughout the Southeastern CT area. You can sign up for a class in one of the following areas; Mac OSX® basics, Mail, iMovie®, Pages®, and iPhoto®. Class sizes range from 4-5 people per session, so you still get that personal touch while being taught with others. Is a classroom setting not ideal for you? Or do none of our classes really suit what you need? We offer one-on-one training as well. This training is customized for you. We encourage computer users to keep a list of troubles they’ve had with their machine or questions that have arisen during use. This list can help us help you better.         Hi, I had to have some IMAC help, this morning and after talking with one of the techs, was able to do it, myself. I called back to say thank you, and reached Tori, the Educational Sales Specialist, and she helped me, even further by sending me a link to bookmark, and answering all my other questions. She was a delight to speak with and The Computer Lab people, in general, are very customer friendly and helpful, whenever I call with a problem. Sherry P. ;-)

        I can't stop talking about what a phenomenal company The Computer Lab, Inc in New London is!!! If you have a computer and live in New London County then you've got to read this, because eventually you'll need some sort of repairs to your computer...



        Short story:

        Inexpensive, fast, pleasant and communicative. If your computer needs service, don't bother calling anywhere else; call TCL.



        Long story:

        I, begrudgingly, after a miserable and frustrating week of trying to figure it out on my own, brought my computer in to TCL. This was unequivocally the best, most pleasant customer service related exchange I've ever had. When I first called, they took the time to ask me questions and talk to me about what was going on with my computer. So I decided based on the great service so far, and the price being significantly lower than anywhere else I had called, to entrust them with my computer. I was told it would be 3-4 days...



        TWO days later I received a call from Tom, who was working on my computer. He asked me a few questions and told me what was going on with my computer, what he was going to do, and any other pertinent information. The communication was excellent. I asked him (while cringing) what my total was so far, and he replied it was $85 and change. HALF of what I was quoted (1/3 of what I was quoted elsewhere), in HALF the time!



        When I picked up my computer, Abe was also friendly and helpful. Tom came out to meet me and answered any other questions I had. Upon getting the computer home, I found that the screen was crystal clear and the keyboard was free from dog hair. AND, unsurprisingly, it's running great! Throughout the whole experience I felt like they cared about my computer problems and me as a customer. I am so impressed by their service and want everyone in the area to know: The Computer Lab is your go-to place for anything computer related!!!

        Great Place

        I was surprised to find this little shop in New London even though I have driven past it a million times.



        They fixed my computer ridiculously fast and their prices were very reasonable. Friendly helpful floor staff too. And no waiting around forever waiting to get helped.



        I recommend this place 100%

        At first I thought they were j...

        At first I thought they were just a place that sold and serviced Apple computers. Found out they not only sell Apple but other major brands as well. I have had several different types of computers serviced there, and they are very good. Turnaround time averaged less than 3 days. They even offer a rush service. I'd definitely recommend this company for all your computer repairs.
