Just bought my 2013 Ford Focus ST from Janet Kramb up at Hines Park Ford, and it was by far the best dealer experience that I have ever had. I have been to some dealerships where the business was good, no complaints for them. And I have been to some dealerships that were just terrible trying to pressure me into a sale, and trying to only move their stock in disregard to what I wanted. Janet at Hines Park Ford was nothing like that, she worked with me to order me the car of my dreams! It was the first brand new car I ever bought so I was not sure of everything that I would have to do or how the process exactly worked and she was there the entire time to help me through it. After I signed the car I was in a hurry and had to rush out, but she invited me to come back to get a walk through on the features of it. I thought I had figured just about everything out by the next day, but I came back anyways just to see if there was something I missed. Boy am I glad I did that, she spent about a half hour to a whole hour walking me through every feature of the car and the MyFord Touch system that it came with! But it didn't even stop there, I noticed a scratch on one of the trim pieces that happened during the building of the car, she made sure that the service department took a picture and ordered the new part before I even signed for the car! I can not believe the excellent level of service that she gave me. I am for sure a customer for life with Janet, she was by far the best salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of working with.
Started purchasing my Ford vehicles @ the Plymouth location when I lived in Plymouth. When I moved to Brighton & saw that they were opening a New Hudson location, I was elated. In all my years of driving a Ford product, I bought my vehicles from HP & will continue to do so. So here it is 2014 & after seeing the new Escape, I decided to trade in my 2012 Escape & upgrade to the 2014 Titanium. My sales person, Delores Sciberras is the most low key but knowledgeable sales person I have ever dealt with. She instinctively knows what we ladies want/need & never pushes me to add an option that I won't use. After choosing my vehicles on Monday, I was able to pick it up on Friday during my lunch hour. She even contacted the insurance company so all paperwork was done. LOVE IT !! Yes, she spoils me but I deserve it.
Brought my car in for a recall notice, and the staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Jay walked me through the entire process, explained the recall details and answered all my questions. He took down the details of my concerns and followed up with me and the technicians until they found the other problems that I had brought to them. The end result was that I had the recall items taken care of, the other mechanical concerns address, and I received my car back, cleaned and shiny, with little fuss or muss. Overall they did a great job and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and happy with the result
The service department needs to understand what customer service is all about. I have been going there for two years, and there is a definite downturn how customers are handled. As a female, I used to be very comfortable going there, but no more. I am a highly educated woman, but they such know how to make a woman feel stupid! The service department should take lessons from the Collision shop down the street. Those folks at the Collision shop understand what customer service is all about!
Wonderful Customer Service. I drove to Hines Park Ford from over an hour away to look at a used car they had. After I decided that it wasn't the car for me, my salesmen Gordon Hyde, found me an even better car that was only a little more money but well worth the extra expense. My overall experience is extremely satisfied. Everything went very smooth, and timely. I am defiantly going to Hines Park Ford the next time I need a vehicle.
