When I noticed there was a shoe repair shop in the area I thought cool. When I went inside it was a different story. The old man who greeted me was obnoxious and rude. He asked me when I needed my shoes back and I politely said as soon as possible. His reply was "of course you do along with the other 15 people that I have ahead of you!" When I asked him how much it would cost and whether or not he accepted credit cards, again in a rude manner he replied "NO CREDIT CARDS AND ITS GOING TO COST YOU A LOT ABOUT $30!!!" Needless to say I will drive anywhere else to get my shoes repaired but will never give this guy my business again! Bad business ethics.
This is a horrible place to do business! I took a duffel bag to have the straps reparied two months ago and I saw one like it cut up on the floor and he said, "It is not yours" I knew that it was because he has been lieing for two months that he can not find it. If you are a male he will do business with you in a fair manor! Some females he is very direspectful to! THE PLACE IS UNORGANIZED, AND HE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND A BULLY! As of this month I have not received my product. I beleive he destroyed it or sold it. His ruthless attitude shows how he steals from the public! FEMALES DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MONSTER!
Great place to purchase shoes. Nothing like walking into a store, being greeted by a friendly face and a hand shake and that person is a professional who knows how to properly fit shoes to your feet! I have bought my work shoes from them for years and it's great to have a safety toed shoe or boot that does not generate sores and blisters because your fitted in a better quality and properly sized shoe. I also, just purchased a new pair of New Balance (993s) athletic shoes from them and what a big difference from the NB shoes carried in the franchised sporting good stores! And these NB 993's are made in the USA...not a slave driven Asian country!!!
