Planet Fitness Corporate Offices

I've only been a member of planet fitness for a couple of months and was charged an additional $41.73 for an annual fee, after calling these idiots they told me even though I haven't been a member for a year I still have to be charged this fee because they have over 7000 customers and can't keep track of the members and will not be charged again until next year 2015. THEN I WILL BE CHARGED TWICE FOR AN ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP I AM CANCELLING THIS NOW...

I've been a member for years. I go in to hand in $100 to renew my membership and am told by a little lady I can't be renewed until I speak to "Casey". Of course he just left for lunch so after waiting a while I decide to call him the next day. He sounds frazzled, confirms he's the manager, puts me on hold for many minutes and then asks for my phone number so he can get back to me after he makes "a couple calls". Well now, that was 5 days ago! Perhaps they are still adjusting!

Belonged for over a year. Like to schedule my workouts around morning ABC tv shows. The network was cancelled by my local gym. Looking for a new gym.
