We bought a 2008 Jeep from thi...

We bought a 2008 Jeep from this dealership in May 2011 - while we were test driving it (with Frank) I noticed that the seats were wet and asked why - he told us that the window was left open. Stupid us believed him. The day we brought the car home (which was delayed several times because one of their guys backed it into a door and broke a taillight while we were signing the papers!) we saw that the car leaks when it rains. We brought it right back and they 'fixed' it. Over the last year we have been there 4-5 times, and they have 'fixed' it 4-5 times. Every single time it rains, water pours out of the light on the ceiling and from somewhere under the driver side's feet. Our car reeks of mildew, we have to bring a towel with us when we drive to keep from getting wet, and it's quite dangerous, as the steering wheel and gas/brake pedals get slippery. We have a toddler and a baby - would any of them want their wife and children to drive in such car?

So now our car has been there for the last week - they will not fix it, they will not help us - they will not even return our calls. Scott seemed to be the best guy there, but he literally will not call us back. Jimmy Jordan - the general manager - is a total a$$hole. So rude. So now we have a car that is a danger to drive and we still have to pay $15000 over the next five years. I wish this dealership understood the value of customer service - had they helped us, or even been nice to us - we would've given them a ton of business in the future. What a bunch of idiots.




These jokers are a bunch of scammers...stole my money and won't give it back. I paid $100 dollars for a supposed credit application...come to find out Nissan of North American said this was not required. I put this money down for the "required" credit charge. Then they turn around and say this money was for a down payment? I never specified this and now they won't return it. Salesman John Swiatenico is a real peice of work...his mother must of been banging stray dogs on the side cause he's a real piece of crap...The General Manager (I forgot his name but looks like the dude from Monopoly) is another with a bad attitude and will lie to your face. The owner has yet to return any of my calls and refuses to speak with me....whatever you not do business with these b*astards.
