Coal Energy Plus

Went here for a new pellet stove. Had it installed and the installer, Bill used spray paint in my house, ruined my silk curtins and carpet. Then the unit was blowing smoke out of the heat pipe. Called them about it three weeks ago and still havent been able fto get them to come fix it. How my house.smells like a piece of burnt wood. The owner talks about god and being honest but is never around and doesnt take responsibility for anything. Stay away.

I have had the same problems the other person wrote about, she never has pellets in stock and you are on waiting lists for months. I ordered and paid for my pellet stove in April and the install guy wasn't able to have it installed until late September. There is always an excuse why no one showed up for a scheduled cleaning appointment or why she doesnt have pellets but shes never honest with you and tells you that it may be months before you will get your pellets. Never prepay for pellets, you may need that cash to put some oil in your tank to keep you from freezing while you wait for her to get pellets.

Upon first encounter with Coal Energy I thought I was going to have a pleasant experience. After day 1 our process has been a nightmare. After setting up the first install date I was notified 2 hours after time of arrival that they would not be coming because they were missing a hearth pad that was never ordered. Finally 3 weeks later we were able to get the pellet stove installed. That same day I inquired about the delivery of the pellets that I ordered 45 days prior and was told 7-10 days they would have some available and I would be called. After never receiving a phone call for 10 days I contacted them and left a VM. Another 6 days later, again after never being called, I called again and was told it was not their fault but that other people who ordered pellets keep coming in to pick them up. I don't understand how when I order over 60 days ago they still don't have pellets available. If I placed an order shouldn't I have pellets set aside for my order. The only compensation was $15 off the pellets. The communication with their company is horrendous, I have never received a call back from the numerous voicemails I have left. Don't waste your time with Coal Energy.
