I called Harvey several days after the work was completed to tell him I was already disappointed with the patching work they had done. The patching is coming through the sealer, something he assured me would not happen when he estimated the job. I was charged top dollar for a shoddy job. People ask me what happened to my driveway. Harvey told me he would stop to look at it Wednesday of the next week. Of course he never showed and could care less. He already got his money. BEWARE!
Castle Asphalt & Construction made our experience to do business a great one! Very knowledgeable crew and professional service. Highly Recommend!!!
We live in the north area of Pittsburgh and our driveway was a huge nightmare! I contacted Paul at Steel City Paving and he returned my call shortly thereafter. He reviewed our driveway and replaced a good bit of it and resurfaced the usable areas. He completed an amazing job and took a great deal of time to work around pavements, flower beds, and cement patios without any dirt left behind. If you are looking for a fantastic, be sure to call Paul at Steel City Paving. In addition, you can check out his work on Babcock Blvd. in Ross Twp. where I believe he did almost every establishment!!
Steel City Asphalt Paving gave us an estimate to place a top coat of asphalt on the private driveway. We gave **** ****** $4400.00 deposit to purchase the material to do the job..**** ****** kept sending and calling us that he was going to do the paving and at the last minute would come up with some excuse that he could not make it that day. After this went on for several weeks, he promised to refund the deposit. He kept saying it in the mail..if you receive I'll drop one off...my wife mailed it..I drop it off today..sorry I worked late last night and I'll drop it today...I mailed it priority mail...I mailed it regular mail.. and now two weeks later no depositDesired Settlement: We would like a cashier check for the total amount of the refund and the $200.00 extra he promised because of all the issues we have experienced with him.
