I had the opportunity to live at one of their apartments for over 2.5 years over in New Wilmington PA called Edgebrook Apartments. Edgebrook Apartments is located on outskirts of New Wilmington surrounded by Amish and beautiful landscape. Within 15 minutes from New Wilmington is New Castle, Grove City and only 20 minutes from Sharon PA. My living experience was absolutely wonderful. Even they do not allow pets of any kind, smoking, or allow young college students it still was a wonderful place to live. Maintenance was on top or everything and if an issue ever arose it was taken care of pretty quickly. My neighbors were all very friendly and always welcomed me there. The apartment I lived in was a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom and featured all electric appliances which were all pretty new. Rent was very reasonable and the utility bills I thought were pretty reasonable as well. What I enjoyed most about my stay was how quiet it was but also the carport which definitely came in handy during the winter months. Sadly I had to relocate due to a new job but if I could ever come back to Edgebrook Apartments I would. I recommend Edgebrook Apartments to anyone that is looking for a quiet place to live and not too far away from town.
