I took a pair of my jeans in for them to repair a zipper on a pair of my jeans. Having never been to this place before I asked if they could fix the zipper before leaving my pant, which I was assured that it was a simple, quick fix. I picked up my jeans and they are ruined! It looks like a job that might be completed by someone on their first day in their high school home economics class. The zipper was replaced with something that looks like it should be on a heavy winter construction coat and the sticking was replaced with very thin thread that nowhere near matches the original stitching that remains, not even the color. Most of the stitching looks like she may have meant for that to been seen only from the inside of the pant. In addition, the pants are snagged all over where the original sticking was. It is snagged so badly that again, you can see it without looking for it at all. She told me that she assumed that I would know that she couldn't match something like that. I explained that when I had the hem done somewhere else where I bought them, that matches. Then she changed her reasoning and offered me my $10 back, and again took back $2 to compensate her for the enormous zipper that may now be seen from across a room. I spent almost $200 on a pair of jeans that are now ruined thanks to the amateur and incredible sloppy work. Words on here cannot describe how bad this "fix" looks.
