We stopped in to look at a fifth wheel while traveling a few months ago. Our sales rep, Jake, was great. He answered all of our questions and assured us that one of the main reasons to buy from them was their second-to-none customer service after the sale. We bought that RV on the spot.

I did buy from Walnut Ridge, but I'd no idea at the time where I was going to store it. When I saw the campground and learned I could keep my new TT on a seasonal site for about the same price as paying for yearly storage, I was sold. I love camping here. Having ready access to my trailer without having to move it is nice. It's a very quiet campground, with lots of friendly people. The grounds are kept very clean and they have lots of activities. There's mini golf, a playground and a very nice pool. The store sells ice cream. WiFi is very good. I love the trees and the birds, though not too fond of the squirrels and their destructive ways.

We would recommend Walnut Ridge and have already to others. I just called their service staff with a couple questions and they were more than willing to help and answered every question.

This is a beautiful, well manicured dealership. The staff is very kind and professional. They don't have any hidden fees, or surprises, and seem to genuinely care about their customers. They are currently building a new service center and parts store. They also have a beautiful campground on site!

The sales staff was great. Wasn't looking to purchase when we initially went but after seeing how professional everything is there we did buy. We did end up needing to have some minor warranty work done (loose trim) right after buying it and they got us in the next day instead of making us wait the two weeks they were actually booked up! The service guy that helped me, can't remember his name, was really helpful. I had a bunch of questions since I'm new at this and he stuck with me through all of them. Will definitely go back if we decide to upgrade!

We recently bought a travel trailer from Walnut Ridge. From the time we walked into the front door til the time we pulled away with the camper we were treated like family. We were never pressured into anything and Rick our salesman took lots of time with us and showed us many campers. We are enjoying the camper very much. Would recommend them to anyone!

I would give negative stars if I could! The sales staff is very talented and friendly but sell you promises only. The service is the worst I have ever experienced. Promise after promise of communication and timeframe broken. Nothing is covered under extended warranty sold to us. they also care nothing about your time or frustration. I urge you to find another dealer. We certainly will!

We had the best service at Walnut Ridge!! Compared to our last purchasing experience at Camping World, this team was extremely friendly, the buying & walk through process was very streamline, and the Keystone trailer we bought was considerably higher quality than another brand we were looking at. FIVE stars for each of our visits with Walnut Ridge!!! Great job guys. :)
