We have been to this certain restaurant a couple of times and every time has been hit or miss with food and service. Tonight we went because friends were already there, but I have to say it will most definitely be the LAST time. The server was pleasant and friendly and was welcoming. The problem started when we ordered the endless apps and ribs. We waited nearly just over 20 minutes for the first set of apps being boneless wings. After these were gone we decided to cancel the ribs as it had been so long but wanted another order of boneless wings. 30 more minutes passed and still no 2nd round of boneless wings. With this in mind we decided it was time to leave and asked to speak to the manager. In over an hour all we had come out was one set of boneless wings. The restaurant wasn't even busy as I can appreciate if all the tables are taken it can take time, but there was probably only 35% of the restaurant filled. Bree The manager came over, already with an attitude and said she'd look at the check to see what she could do. This took nearly 15 more minutes and then came back over handing us two $8 off coupons and the checks billed as usual. We said that we'd only had one set of wings and were still being charged $12 and she said there was no discounts she could do, and with that simply turned around and walked away saying you can pay the check on the way out. I'd worked in restaurants for 4 years whilst at college and saw my managers receive all sorts of complaints from customers, but never did I see them walk away and be so rude and unprofessional. Our server was also with us when the manager walked away and even she apologized on behalf of the manager......the server is apologizing for her manager! I have never felt so unsatisfied or rudely spoken to by a manager, and am surprised with her attitude, rudeness, and complete lack of managerial/customer skills, that she even has that position. WILL NEVER GO AGAIN!
I ate at Arners a couple nights ago and I will never go back. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The food was not like it used to be. The service was horrible. I assume the server that I had was actually the owner of the restaurant and she did not apparently appear to care about her restaurant at all. The restaurant is filthy dirty and I saw a cockroach as soon as I sat down. Arners used to be the place to go. However, that restaurant has gone down by far.
We went there for breakfast and I can't tell you in words now disgusting it was . Ordered an omelette and promptly sent it back.How do you not how to cook an omelette. Ended up eating toast and coffee. Also this place is filthy. Pastry case was gross. Will never go back.����
Best produce and seafood market in the area! Super fresh and very professional with their customers.
FAV FAV FAV ! Everyone should try them. Its a small place and always busy, but the wait for a seat is worth it. Everything they make that I have tried is very yummy!
This was a hot mess!!! It should be called Lestardo's DIVE BAR!! When I found the living social deal 40.00 voucher for 20.00 I got excited but when I went to the crab house, THEY WERE OUT OF ALMOST EVERYTHING, including crabs!!There was only 1 waitress and the restaurant was crowded, food was coming out slow we waited almost an hour for food! I ordered the crab cake platter they ran out of coleslaw and began serving bland mixed veggies that they just dropped in hot water and the crab cake that the waitress said was not spicy, WAS SPICY and I could not eat it due to the heat in it. I swear they used killer hot TABASCO sauce so if the crab cake was any good I could not tell because my taste buds were burning away. The decor is old and outdated and smells stale inside. Maybe they are known for great crabs, but that will never be good enough for me to EVER GO BACK!! I don't mind a dive bar but the food and service should at least be good!!!
Great southern food fast friendly fresh.... Greens like ur momma makes
