Been doing business with Millie at Cress collision since I had hair. She and her staff not only give great service, but they also stand by their parts. They will even find parts that they don't stock and give you the information to get your parts, elsewhere. I've lost my hair now, but I will never lose the respect I have for Cress Auto Parts and their staff. If your nice you can even get a picture taken, and added to her Picture Wall Of Famous Customers. She makes her customers feel that good. Unless your a jerk. And we do have some in this world. LOL
I called for a part and the service clerk (which was a lady) answered she was completely rude and didn't even ask me the right questions. Unfortunately all the other places I called didn't have my part but at least asked the right questions. Anytime I would say something the lady would cut me off and when I finally I got a word in I said "You were not helpful at all" and she replied "Don't try to intemidate me" and finally I said "Because of your bad service I will be leaving a very bad review" and she replied "I dont care!"

I don't know what the previous posts are about.. I have had nothing but positive experiences from this business. I guess if you don't know you are ordering or expect an 100% color match on a salvage part you would be unhappy, but for the rest of us in the industry its a good place to get good clean parts at a reasonable price. I have and will continue to use Cress both professionally and personally for years to come!
I called cress seeking out an out part. After I explained what I was looking for the lady cut me off asked if I wanted a different part. I tried to explain what I needed but again she cut me off and told me " I can talk all I want" but she was not going to help me. I have never received such poor customer service from any salvage yard. I will never use them again for anything.
I picked up an exterior part for my family car. Brought it home...and it wasn't a color match. When I returned the part to the shop, the folks there were visibly very unhappy with my return request. Comments made by staff in the shop were aggressive to say the least.
Upon making the return, they were unable to refund funds to me. I was asked to return for my refund the following week. When I did finally return to ask for my refund, again I was assulted with unwelcoming comments from the staff.
They had the part...and tons of them, but I've never been treated that poorly as a customer.
all customers are told from the beginning that we do not guarantee colors.if they wanted it perfect they could have went to the dealer and paid the big price.
