My First Time Coming Here i Brought My Daughter . The Owner Was Rude Idk If She Was Having A Bad Day But She Was Very Blunt . No Hi How Are You Nothing . The Hair Dresser Was Great Though . My Second Time Coming A Woman Made Eye Contact And Looked Away . Then Finally Decides To Ask How May I Help You. I Told her I was looking to get a wbc and trim . She says do you have an appointment I said no. She says let me see if anyone has any openings . Walks away then says let me call and see if someone can come in . If your hours are a certain time don't you think there should be more than one or two people in the salon working . And then asks me to come back two hours later. I've never been turned away from a business and I for sure will not be coming back

This is my second time visiting this salon within the past month the stylist are rude and do not greet customers as they walk-in. I was dissatisfied with the service I received and was charged an outrage amount for something I did not even like due to a break in communication. long story short I was a great customer who referred everyone and will not be returning.
I have natural hair went on Saturday to get a wash, blow out, and flat iron ( something my hair has NEVER had a problem with before unless done by an am mature)by the next day my hair was frizzed out I went back Sunday to get it repressed and two days later frizzed again. I was charged $45 to have my hair played in by someone who I was informed by the receptionist that the lady specializes in natural hair care. The only reason why this isn't a negative 1 is because all of the ladies were very nice.
