Rod and his son did an excellent job at our home both trying to revive our old well and when that wasn't possible, drilling us a new well. We suddenly were experiencing a lot of sand in our old well. Mr. Jenkins came out to our house later that evening and diagnosed the potential problems our current well was experiencing. We had contacted another well driller in the area beforehand, and did not receive a solution to our problem. Mr. Jenkins worked with the Health Department and got a new well dug for us quickly within a week of his initial assessment. Mr. Jenkins also kept us informed throughout the process to make sure that we were satisfied.

I had recently moved into a house in the country and not long after having moved in my well pump stopped producing pressure. I took a look at the system myself and decided that I should go ahead and call in a professional. I called 4 well drilling places around here and Rod Jenkins was the first to respond coming to look at my problem within hours of my call. I got three other quotes some of which were lower than Rod's but Rod made me feel comfortable that he knew what he was doing and that he was willing to do the job right instead of just cheap. He did negotiate with me on the price but said he was unwilling to go cheaper than the other contractors because he would have to use cheaper supplies and he wouldn't endorse such products. I appreciated that and decided to go with Hall and Jenkins well drilling company. Shortly after they came out and did the install. I felt that they went above and beyond what many contractors have done for me making sure they helped me and kept me informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend Rod Jenkins for any well drilling or pump services that you may need done.

Excellent Service! Hall & Jenkins drilled a new well & put in a new pump for us. They explained everything & gave us an itemized description of everything they did including the depth, diameter & even a description of all the different layers of soil they drilled through. Our well hadn't been used in 15 years or so, and we had no idea what condition it or its plumbing was in. Over the course of three visits, Rod checked it out, ran a test, and replaced the submersible pump and line, and ran it into a new pressure tank in the house. It was a persnickety situation, since the existing well was in a pit. Rod gave us a few options and all the information we needed to make a decision based on our needs. He returned messages promptly, and was easy to communicate with. We were very pleased with the results!

We were having well issues from the day we moved into our home. The well water would get black and nasty then clear up. But this last time it would not clear up. We thought that we would have to have a new well drilled. So we called a few paces to get an estimet. They came out and gave us prices that ranged from $6,500 and up. Rod came out and took a look and he suggested that we just pull the pump and let the well run. We did that and the well cleared up. Rod was very professonal. He took time out of his weekend to help us get the well cleared up. He stoped by and checked on us while we were pumping the well and gave us options on what needed to be done if the well cleared up or if it didn't. We ended up replacing the tank, lines, added a in home filter and lowered the pump into the well. I would highly reccomend Hall and Jenkins Well and Drilling for any job. We would definately use them again if we have any future problems. Great Job!!

Hall & Jenkins Well Drilling were great to work with. They had fantastic customer service and helped us work with the county in order to finish up our paperwork and begin building our home, which was greatly appreciated. You can tell that they are well respected by Montgomery County officials because they really got things rolling for us. Additionally, when I called Rod, he was able to meet with us very quickly. He was trustworthy, did a great job and came in well under the price that was quoted to us by our Builder - all in all, we are extremely happy with the job he did and have recommended Hall & Jenkins to our friends that are building as well.

Excellent . . . Excellent service. I was completely out of water due to my pump going out. I placed a call to Hall & Jenkins and they were that night to give me an estimate. They were at my home that evening and when they found out I had no water, they brought back 3 five gallon jugs of water for me and my family. I didn't ask for that service and they didn't tell me they were going to do that. It made me cry that someone cared so much about me and my family.
