Waveny LifeCare Network provides a comprehensive continuum of healthcare to serve the growing needs of older adults from all areas. Waveny is a not-for-profit organization that offers independent living, assisted living dedicated to memory loss, skilled nursing, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services, home care, geriatric assessment, professional care management, and an Adult Day Program with transportation to and from New Canaan, Stamford, Norwalk, Darien and Wilton.
