New Buffalo Animal Hospital

The owner and heavy red head with the infant attacked my wife for trying to exchange some dog food we purchased at chewy by mistake. They had her identified as another person that had I suppose complained about their service so they decided to attack my wife. They called the groomer from back to verify my wife wasn’t the person that smeared them on face book. No apology, nothing just real mean. Heavy red head has a real nasty mouth too. Stay away from this dump. Many of their employees were fired from Michigan City Animal Hospital. We have never been treated like this by any business. Do NOT Patronize this place. The owner saw my review on google. She called, told us since we gave a bad review we couldn’t bring our dog there even for an emergency. Nice people I’d advise everyone to not patronize this place and if you do tread lightly or they will attack you. Place smells of cat urine too, they have cats lose in the lobby, several of them so if you are allergic to cats BEWARE. Best to go elsewhere, I know we are after this attack.

Very good and attentive animal care. I have been taking my dogs here for 10 years and have always felt the staff is excellent. The grooming is done with great care too. I have called at 10:00 pm and been met by the owner at the animal hospital 15 minutes later. You can't get better than that in my opinion.
