        Overall

        This place is the worse service station I've ever seen

        I cant even get through to them on the phone,

        The main staff cant get a hold of them.

        I will not buycraftsman products anymore even though i like them, because its impossible unless i drive 40 mins to get a part and find out if they have it in stock.

        Thanks to Amazon i got my parts in 2 days

        Horrible customer service

        Manager of the Parts Dept is rude, unhelpful, and just not concerned with customer service or satisfaction. Another worker sold me the wrong lawn mower part. I tried to return it today. Manager refused to issue refund. The credit card originally charged had since been cancelled by me due to fraudulent charges. I requested the refund go onto another credit card. I tried explaining to him, he said 'there's no way for me to tell if you're lying'. I have never been treated so disrespectfully. He also refused to issue a store credit! Now I'm stuck paying for their mistake. Sears has lost a valuable customer because of this arrogant man. I shall take my business elsewhere.
