Beleverdere Cafe & Restaurant

Arrived at the restaurant with great expectations...Found the place to be a little small.but thats ok..Server/waitress sat us down(4people) and took our orders..She brought us tea and wine few minutes later......then no sight of the waitress for one hour and a half..! Place emptied out and we were the only ones left in the restaurant..After we got up with outrage -she appeared and notified us that the food is almost ready..well 20 minutes later its not ready..This was a complete joke of service..we felt insulted!

We asked somebody to get the manager and it took her 20 minutes to arrive from the back of the building...The manager(she) did not offer any kind of apology and insinuated that it was OUR fault!!!..We left insulted and went next door to a bakery to get some food..To our surprise the manager followed us there and started to argue with us AGAIN!!! This restaurant is insane!!! WE LEFT AND NEVER WILL BE BACK AGAIN! GO TO McDonalds ..better service there!!!
