I'm a decorated Infantry Marine, who picked up a dwi. Thought I might get charge lessened because I just returned from 2nd tour of Iraq and was dealing with severe PTSD. I was checked in for trying to commit suicide prior. Martin did not even look into case until he was paid $4000. I was pulled over for license plate light, he told me "I haven't looked into video yet", months after arrest. Once paid in full he ran through my case just to settle for anything. Martin was representing five other individuals who were paying him nothing $0 dollars ( not sure how that worked, he treated all of us like crap while we waited 6+ hours to hear any word). Once paid my case was settled within week, without any real representation, just this is what is going to happen. I never leave reviews for anything but feel this one is important.

What a horrible lawyer if you can even call this human a lawyer...as he is not! We hired him with the hopes of him helping us and he did nothing but hurt us even more in a hard time in our life. We gave him 7000 and after him doing nothing for 4 months but sit on our money we terminated our contract. we asked for our money back and tried to give us just a 1000! for what!!! we refused the money and took him to court. He never showed and the judge awarded us our money. that was 3+ years ago...we have never seen a dime! Oh but we wont forget...Mr. Zimmerman, you evil fat man...we will get our money from you!!! We have filed an abstraction and plan on garnishing his wages...oh and for people looking for a lawyer, dont bother, your neighbor could do a better job!!!

Will not refund my unused funds, does not return calls or emails and it has been 90+ days that I have been contacting him. He is good at taking your money but sucks at refunding the unused portion. Find another lawyer, this guy is not worth the hassle.
