Los Cucos Mexican Cafe

This was the worst Mexican food I've ever had. The flour tortillas were burnt....I mean....with black spots on ALL of them. ANY Mexican restaurant should be competent enough to make good flour tortillas. The chicken was bland and dry. The rest of the food....beans, rice, etc. was mediocre. The tortilla chips were good. I called and complained. The girl I spoke with was polite and apologetic, but I won't be going back.

I don't give this rating lightly. While tex mex is not perfect, it is consistently very good. As good as any restaurant I have found in New Braunfels and San Antonio. The margaritas are good as well.
