The front receptionist was terribly rude. The place also seemed to be understaffed. I came in expecting to see someone at the front desk to take my information;however, the nurse who finally came just told me to write my name on the clipboard.

THE FRONT RECEPTION LADY HAD TERRIBLY RUDE BEHAVIOR!!! I have never written a review on here, much less a bad review, but this was such a horrible experience I'd like to warn others. This woman gave me constant dirty looks and loud sighs like I must be ruining her day just by showing up for blood work (in the afternoon to an empty waiting room), rolling her eyes, and then when I could not understand what she was asking me for (so asked her to repeat twice) she yells at me, "PICTURE ID!". She has no idea why I was there and am in the midst of serious health battle. I was treated like filth. I ended up leaving because she was so obnoxiously abusive. I have never had this happen before. Horrible experience.
