I was so excited when Panera opened near me. I enjoy the food and atmosphere. I was excited to see tablets to make ordering quick and easy. I appreciated not having to wait in the line that formed. The food came out quickly, but my tomato soup was lukewarm. Wanting to eat, and not too much more work for the kitchen, I politely asked the woman who delivered my food if she could reheat it for me. She told me "I don't have time to do that. I'm really busy." She then vaguely pointed to a microwave and told me to do it myself. I am in the customer service industry, so I don't know if it's my training kicking in, but I find it completely unacceptable to be told by a worker that she's too busy to help me. I wanted to fill out a comment card. But when I asked, was told only that they didn't have any. I wasn't told where to find their store location online, or who I could talk to.Overall, I'm unsatisfied with my visit. The food was fine, but I feel that the service was completely lacking.
I brought my family here for dinner. The prices were fair, we had a coupon. The sandwiches were good. The service was average.I liked that they had a large selection of hot sauces for the customer to use!!I will go back.

It was good and welcoming now it's a foul mouth teenage playground and don't bother contacting the owner he will only be defensive and disregard your complaint. "HE HAS A GREAT BUSINESS."
Employees are rude. It does not matter how good the food is if the employees give you the evil eye after you are waiting 15 minutes in line for just TWO people in front of you! Not going back there again, no matter how good the meatball subs are. Would have tasted much better with a smile! Oh, and some Italian dressing. Yeah, they don't put that on their subs anymore either. You have to buy a packet. Screw this place!
Great food great service.
We dined there on a referral. I had the shrimp and green onion cakes with jalapeno mayonnaise. These were the high point of the meal. The side of fried asparagus was inedible. The medallions of beef with mixed grill was slightly better, especially the horseradish mayo. Service was hit or miss.
Try the chilli cheese fries.
