Understanding that this customer owns a store and also sells vapor products...he should already be well educated and know that leaving a battery in a charger after it is fully charge will burn up the board in a non-rated cheap charger. This is the type of business owner and customer that will engage into rudeness just to be notice. Policies are set in place to protect not only the customer, but the standards of any professional business. FYI...I took the charger to the "Back Room" to call the manufacture and ran a diagnostic test on it for free. That is called going beyond customer service. What is wrong with this picture? I have been a customer and in business for myself for decades now, I have never seen worst customer service than what I have experienced there. I bought a battery charger, not expensive, a $15 item. I went home and instead it charged my battery, it drained it. It obviously had a problem. I take it back, they test it and they say yes, it's not working but we can't exchange it because we have a no exchange or refund policy!!!! I laughed first, thinking this is a joke!! but it was real, the "owner" of the place, refused to refund it, or exchange it. Then after I continued to argue "of course", he said, "THIS IS MY POLICY, AND IF YOU DON"T LIKE IT LEAVE'" and he goes inside the backroom to hide.Don't waste your time or money.... find another place.
