My wife and I recently purchased a home. One thing that surprised us during our first few months was that all of the hot water in our bathrooms had an orange tint, and our current water softener was not operating correctly. We have had 3 previous plumbers on site to quote this issue, and they all insisted that to fix the hot water we needed to purchase a brand new water heater. Also, the pricing that they quoted us for an update to the water softener was extremely high. We were frustrated with our options, and heard from friend that had previously used Ihn Plumbing, and they said it was the best plumbing company they had ever used. We gave Ihn plumbing a call to try them out. The plumber (Jake) that visited our house was right on time with our call. He arrived, assessed the issue, and provided a quick quote. Instead of insisting we had to buy a new water heater, he told us that he could try and replace a few pieces to see if that would work. He replaced the pieces, flushed the water heater, and the water was clear! In addition, the options he provided for the water softener were so reasonable that we decided to have a new softener installed. He was able to take care of all of this in one morning visit, and all of our plumbing issues were taken care of. What a blessing finding Ihn Plumbing was. Please do your friends/family a favor and pass their business around! Thank you Jake!

I made a phone call at 6:30am on a Sunday morning to Ihn Plumbing thinking that I was going to get an answering machine, but to my surprise Mr. Ihn answered the phone. I explained to him that I had a major problem in my kitchen. The kitchen pipe that is located in the wall of my house was leaking water all over. He said he had to go to church from 8:00am to 9:00am and would be at my house by 10:00am. He arrived on time and fixed my huge problem. He gave me a great price for a Sunday morning emergency repair. I couldn't be happier with Jim Ihn fixing my major problem. I am an extremely happy home owner and would recommend Ihn Plumbing to anyone.

I was charged almost $800 for an undersized, USED water pump. To buy the correct pump at Home Depot would cost $100-something. So, I guess I paid $700/hr for labor. One month later, the pump failed. That is when I discovered it was old, corroded, and undersized. Six months later, IHN Plumbing refuses to come back out and look at the problem. After many, many calls, IHN always gives the same answer, ""I'll send somebody out tomorrow."" I am still waiting...
(Note: this is for a business, not a residence.)
Hey, it is bad enough that they did not do the job right the first time. But what is worse is that IHN will not even come back to look at their mess. And worst of all is the fact that they keep lying about their intentions to fix it.
