Just awesome! I loved the theater and the staff. Can't beat it in the area!
I purchased several VIP silver tickets offered by Marcus Theaters for a fund-raising event at my child's school. The deals sounded quite good because the tickets that only cost $6 could be used at any time except after 5:30 pm on Saturday nights. They have some other restrictions, such as these: Not valid at extra special occasions, and When valid, 3D surcharge applies. However, nobody knows what movies fall in the category of "extra special" occasions. I took my family to see Toy Story 3 3D at this Ridge Cinema tonight, thinking that I might have to pay some surcharges for 3D. It turned out that this movie is an extra special!! An employee at the theater told me that they would only take $6 off the regular price and it is the movie company's decision. I don't understand why this movie happens to be an extra special one (probably because it will be a popular one!), and also why the movie company has control over the way the theater accepts these tickets (again, the tickets are issued by Marcus Theaters, not Disney!). I really felt like I was ripped off by Marcus Theaters, and will never purchase these discounted special tickets again.

Provided by CitysearchThe ridge cinema has the best employes I have ever meet. Parking is ok but you just cant beat the people that work there
I took my son to see a movie on Sunday afternoon on 10-14-07. The movie was great!! but, the popcorn was not. For $10.00 you would think they could make fresh popcorn instead of using leftovers from the night(s) before. It tasted like stale paper and when I said something to the staff...they just looked at me confused. I see why people "sneak" in their own...

Provided by CitysearchThey do have stadium seating. I am not sure why this theatre draws such a crowd other than there isn't one to speak of on the Southwest side or anywhere in Muskego or New Berlin (except this one) anymore. And, there are several restaurants in the area to visit afterward. Unfortunately, this theatre is crowded and lines are long for concessions and tickets much of the time and even to get in the theatre at certain times of the year. Parking is a premium and sometimes the theatres can be small and crowded if the movie didn't quite make it! The employees are friendly enough but the prices are much too high!! I come when I have special coupons. It feels like a project because you have to leave so early to find parking, stand in lines, save seats, etc. So, you decide. As for me, we are going to a theatre in nearby city.
