Cappoochino's Dog Wash & Grooming Salon

We have been going to Cappoochino's for almost 2 years and would not go anywhere else. Tried one other place but they were not good at clipping nails. Everytime we visit Cappoochino's we are always greeted and they even remember our dogs names!!! Very resonable cost and I recommend this business to anyone who is skeptical about taking their pets to a dog wash! This place is a hidden secret and I absolutely thank them the wonderful service they have provided!!!

I walked into the place, had no greeting for atleast 3mins and when the owner finally decided to talk to me her exact words were " what do you need" not how can I help you not even a hello. She was completely rude and acted as if I was wasting her time. This place maybe the cheapest around and I can see why! She never showed me around just pointed, this place is disgusting and dirty. If you truly love your pet DO NOT take them to this place. Even my 12yr old daughter was disgusted!

I have been to other dog groomers in the past. The service at Cappoochino's is above and beyond. I found this place because I needed a self-serve dog wash. The staff is incredible and so knowlegable. They take the time to help even though you are at a self-serve. My dog had an ear infection and I was trying to avoid them while bathing him. Not only did they show me some bathing tips, but they offered to clean his ears after the bath. They took out the extra hair and put a nice powder in his ears. I asked how much and they said "nothing". I'm glad that they have a tip jar. Although I was happy with my current groomer, they just do not act like they love animals. I had to drop my pets off for the entire day. i decided to try them for the grooming of one of my dogs, and now they will both go there. There prices are competitive, the dog only stays for 2 hours, and they treated my dog wonderfully, They explained why they cut her the way they did and they even had hair samples to show me when I got there so I could see the matting underneath the surface. They told me what a good girl my dog was and that she had enough after 2 hours which is understandable. I just cannot believe their compassion for animals. I see that less and less now-a-days. they definitely have my business and I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

I have a big Golden Retriever with itching problems. I went in there for the first time on a Tuessday night to give him a 'self-serve' dog wash. I got help getting him into the tub and good advice on things to do to keep him healthy. I'm going to be a regular customer of this place FOR SURE. There was no rush to finish and I'm glad there wasn't because there's a LOT of hair on my dog that needed to be washed and dried. Everything is set up very logically and it made washing him much easier than if I tried to do it at home with the garden hose.
