Worst customer service I've ever heard. The guy on the phone is extremely rude. I'm a manager for another company. My car broke down. So I called Bluebird. The guy was so rude to me that I hung up and called another taxi company.
Absolutely abysmal! Disgusting! Wouldn't even give one star! Called a cab, waited over an hour. When the driver pulls up, he calls me homophobic slurs and drives off, leaving me stranded in McDonald's parking lot at 4 AM. Thanks to the guys at Yellow cab who not only came to my aid but showed me sympathy and support for that. DO NOT TAKE THIS CAB IF YOU WANT TO FEEL SAFE!
Worse cab service ever they lie after having you wait for a hour saying they already sent some one are you kiddin me no you didnt never again they will never get a penny from me or any one i know hopefully they go out of bussiness lierrrrrrrrrrs
the owners son Danny M. tries to rob cab drivers at knife point and his phone records should even show him calling dispatcher the night of finding out who was old easy to rob and had Good money on them. but the incompetent nb police suck at innvestigating
Worst cab experience of my life! Called and was answered by the rudest women, whom i felt i was a bother to even call. Then i got a 20 min quote and waited 35 min, no show. I had to be work in less then 15 min so i called blue bird and they were pleasant and arrived in 5 min. Star cab is atrocious.
Just saw cab with license plate 20363 ignore two empty parking spots to take a handicap spot. The passenger was an 20 year old girl who was not handicapped. In fact, it wouldn't surprise me if she could cartwheel into the cafe. Sadly, the car that pulled up behind him DID have an old lady with a cane in it. The driver had to stop the car behind the cab to let the lady out and struggle doing so. Well done Star Taxi. You will never get a dime from me. I also reported the driver to the RMV.
I had to wait 45 minutes (the estimate they provided) only to call them and have them tell me that they didn't have my address in the book. I'm curious if they would have ever called back and just allow me to wait the entire night without a ride or a notice.
Worst service ever call they say 20 mins I call cause an hr goes by nobody answers the phone like but never again
They initially told me 30 min. 1 hour goes by i call for update, they tell me I'm next. Another hour goes by I call again they say soon. Yeah soon will be out of business hopefully.
WORST when i say WORST I MEAN IT. THE DISPATCHER IS VERY RUDE, HE SOUNDS UNEDUCATED AND BY FAR THEY ARE THE MOST EXPENSIVE CAB COMPANY IN NEW-BEDFORD/DARTMOUTH. BLUEBIRD USUALLY CHARGES A FLAT RATE OF 14$ TO ALL UMASS STUDENT AND CHECKER CHARGES $22+ BECAUSE THEY RUN ON THE METER. IF U ARE A STUDENT DONT EVER EVER EVER EVER TAKE CHECKER BLUE BIRD IF UR CAB IF U WANT TO SAVE MONEY
