horrible customer service my wife went there the other day Natasha was rude to her.. didn't recognizer and neither did the other woman that was working with her. my wife usually loves the staff there they are always nice and recognize her right away. she always has three dogs with her and sometimes would go there with her motorcycle now that her health is slowly detiorating she is selfconsious and thinks the girls don't like her cause she is different now We have had acts there for ten plus yrs and they know her or atleast I thought very well Natasha needed a liscence and cc to cash a check when my wife gave her it shes like no store credit cards has to have a visa logo so she is trying to go through catds and Natasha yells through the drivethrough is that a masshealth card??? she said yes but it doesn't have the logo she said that's fine don't need it. she cashed It finally and my wife came home in tears. Now that she cant drive anymore my daughter took her today to the bank and I believe the tellers name was rabecca or racheal long blonde hair my daughter says oh boy mom this woman is so mean..my wife says no way I love her. she said you have the wrong date I cant cash it. I said ok give it back I can fix it. she said no I cant let you do that. so my wife so ok I will have to sign a different one then my husband always gives me a couple incase I go out on an outing. so my wife starts signing and the teller says I cant take that u r writing them out. I write those checks for her !!! she is disabled and can barely sign her name anymore so she was taking too long for the teller. The teller refused to cash it all together. My daughter took her to another bank and they had no issues. How can Santander have so many uncompassionate people on there pay roll!!!!
