        Nothing but problems with this bank. They changed there computer system it has gotten worse. You email them with a problem they never email you back. You call them with a problem they never call you back. Problems with using my card they don't care anymore.

        Person above me is probably 500 pounds and ate the mail instead of reading it. That bank was telling customers about this for two months before. Guess you must be deaf and blind. You should probably seek medical assitance.

        They were once a very good bank however recently i have been charged 4.23 for having a statement mailed to me with out prior warning. It is incomprehensible to me that we were not notified of this new fee by mail prior to it being implemented. They did put a notification on the site but obviously i did my banking by mail so how would i have known that if i was not notified. This is just a new hidden way to make money and i am very disappointed with them and there money hungry policies now. As of the day this is written they lost a loyal customer.
