Ian and his manager provided outstanding customer service. I got an insurance rental for pennies a day. The car was the least expensive one they had but was still a Nissan Sentra which was spacious and zippy. Overall I am very satisfied with this location and continue to use them as needed.
Well accidently set up a reservation with Ashley blvd. Location instead of Dartmouth whom i usually deal with. Service was, well when the car was picked up it smelled like someone had just partied REALLY hard in it, the stench of pot was so over powering. Upon opening the door the sales woman acted like it wasnt there, pretty sure i wont use this location ever again.
This company is one of the largest and most successful rental companies in the country, yet the customer service representatives do not reflect that--or perhaps, the company makes it increasingly difficult for people to rent.
I submitted all of the documentations required and returned the vehicle to them in the conditions that I received it. I was set to go. A week later, and I'm STILL waiting on my deposit. The CSRs have no idea how long it'll take or its whereabouts after the check has been issued. I am so glad that I do not work for this company. I believe in providing individuals with the best experience possible. The business survives because of consumers like me. I don't understand why these individuals at this particular location are so inefficient. I will never rent from them again. I don't recommend them.
