I last ordered in 2014 and I had to return the food cause it was burnt beyond recognition. I got rocks instead of clam cakes. When I went back the owner wad rude and didn't even want to give me my money back. My just tried ordering again and the owner kept hanging up one her. When he finally decided to talk to her he was rude and swore at her. I tried calling and asked for the boss he was rude off the bat. When I asked why he hung up on her and swore at her he said she can't order from there. When I asked if it was cause the last time we ordered from there we got burnt food and I brought it back he said ya exactly. So he swore at me and hung up. I called back pist this dude kept acting like a dbag and then I finally spazzed and he hung up on me. If I could give no stars I would. Horiible food long wait times and very expensive.ill never order from there ever again

Terrible food and terrible treatment!!!

We ordered a "plain and tasty" cheese burger and the large "Broiled seafood combo" for delivery tonight. The lady who took my order wasn't exactly friendly but I chalked it up to the time being late (9:08pm) .I also ordered curly fries and chowder. When it was delivered we noticed we were missing my side of Buffalo sauce. Fine, I could deal with that. However, when I went to cut my burger in half I noticed it was so hard I could barely cut it. After one bite I had to throw it out. It was so hard and black it was like a hocky puck. Fine, people make mistakes, it was late, maybe someone just overcooked it. Then we started on the seafood combo ( which was spilling out of the box) and we noticed that the seafood was dry and chewy, the rice had no flavor and wasn't even remotely warm. So we decided to call and ask if maybe we could work out what went wrong. I asked to speak to the manager. The woman who answered the phone didn't even bother to put it on mute as she explained why I was calling to her manager. She said, "...she wants to complain..." Now the manager gets on the phone. I explained that I never complain and I do not WANT to complain. He was absolutely rude and disrespectful saying that he gets orders from my department (at the hospital) all the time and he's never gotten a complaint, he cooked the food himself, and what do I want him to do now? Considering our collective meals came out to $39.00 and I put a $10.00 tip for the woman who had to deliver, I just asked if he could give me $20.00 back on my card because I didn't get to eat any of my meal. He said that was "Unfair" to him. At this point I asked if I needed to stay on the phone so he could put money back on my card, he said "No." then hung up on me.

I have never wrote a review before. I have never complained. I used to work in restaurants and I never thought I would be treated so poorly by management.
