I was very displeased with the service provided to me at this small retail location. After my phone broke, (2 weeks ago) I went to this location for assistance and they seemed very helpful and caring. I did not have my phone for the next couple of days as i awaited a few days as they specified for the arrival of my phone. When my phone did not come in, I called the store to find the approximate time my phone would be in on the day they specified. They proceeded to tell me that they had no clue when my phone would arrive, and for me to call order support. When I called order support, they told me my phone was never ordered. I went back to this location, and they were extremely rude to me and basically told me I was on my own. I do not understand how a business is able to run like this. I felt violated, disrespected and taken advantage of. Giving them one star is giving them too much credit. Please BEWARE, and go to another actual location if you can.
THIS PLACE IS AWFUL AND THEY ARE SCAMMERS!! it isnt even owned by sprint, its some random local guy who scams people! he told me i had an upgrade, took my old phone and said my phone would ship by 3 days. he LIED to me about the shipping and said at that point it would take 3 WEEKS to get a new phone. HE THEN REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY OLD PHONE BACK. and said he didnt want anyone to bother him because he was "busy" ordering pizza. FAKE tracking number and everything! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! they also LIE about prices on your bill... your bill will be much higher than they tell you. LESSON LEARNED!
