The service is good. However, lately I've been having some trouble scheduling an appointment to have the system turned off for the season. I called them at the beginning of September, and we are now in October...called them again today, was told that they would send me an email with an appointment.The sprinklers run for 2 hours 3x a week; at this point it's just wasting water and costing me money. Not happy with their response!
Great service and very pleasant interactions. Service reminders, scheduling, and questions a snap via email, however, if you prefer to call Raindance responds quickly.
Worst service department & store owner!!! Disrespectful to customers with nasty uncalled for comments. Tried to resolve the issue with the manager, by the way I called very nicely and he jumped down my throat saying that I didn't know what I was talking about. He immediately got on the defense the second I said that I had an issue. All I was trying to do was make him aware of the situation so that he could address it with his employee to help make his business better & maybe try to understand from his employees point of view what happened but no, he wanted nothing to do with that. He didn't even let me talk, just kept talking over me. He was very angry with me for even calling. I found out from other local people that they all feel the same way about this store. This place needs an overhaul with new people. He doesn't realize his potential and the money that could be made in that store if they just had better service but I guess they're not interested in making a profit.
I always get the best service when I'm there not like going to those big name chains the owner is always there with an answer or he will try his best to help you : :) :) :$
I have been using you folks for 4 years now. I bought my home 4 years ago an have used you folks since. The system was installed by you guys 10 years ago an they used you also. So I think we are loyal customers or at the property is. Why would I be told that I need to wait 2 weeks for a call back with an appointment. I need to reschedule the appointment taht you folks made by send me A card. Every year It's a Thursday that i need because it's the only day i have off. Why would you schedule a Tuesday. So i call and i am told that it's 2 weeks just to get a call for an appointment. I said should I go somewhere else are you able to do it? I am then told you might want to too?? This is crazy is my money not green enough???
