Dave Lentz surveyed a subdivision plan for my neighbor and myself to resolve a long-standing boundary encroachment issue. His experience in dealing with the county planning department made the process as convenient for us as it could have been. WS

Dave Lentz is one of the best at what he does. I have been working with him for many of years and he top notch. Wouldn't use anybody else.

I called Dave Lentz after other surveyors had erroneously surveyed for some of my neighbors. Mr. Lentz discovered that the others had copied from the county tax maps instead of following the recorded deeds. He did the work himself instead of using trainees "under supervision" as the others had done. He provided all of his notes and research information to my attorney and nicely marked my property corners with permanent monuments. Dave Lentz comes highly recommended if a thorough and professional survey is what you need.

As builder/developers we have used Dave Lentz for approximately 20 lot surveys, 15-20 building construction stakeouts, subdivision design and utility surveys. We would not consider using anyone else. GHM

Stay away from this guy. I work with a real estate firm and have used his services for several properties. Once the complains started rolling in from neighbors that we had to find a different land surveyor.
