I needed a ride for our daughter from Denison to the airport. They were on time, polite and safe. We will definitely use New Albany again!

New Albany Taxi & Transportation is the best transportation I have ever used. I travel quite a lot in my work and use such services in various parts of the world. I am a long-time customer, using the services many times each year at all hours and have never had a disappointing experience. This is a very dependable, professional transportation company and I (frequently) highly recommend it.

I have been using New Albany Taxi & Transportation for over 8 years for business and personal transportation. They are always prompt and professional. They provide transportation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I recommend them to business colleagues, friends and family members.

We are from out of town and figured it would take some advance notice to get a cab on a friday. We called at 12:30 for a ride at 1:30. At 1:40 I called to get an ETA and was informed that we had no cab coming for us and that we should call elsewhere. Don't call here for reliable service.

I love using new Albany taxi service going to work and airport. I recommend people to call this company. The drivers and the manager are polite and responsible.

DO NOT USE!! UNSAFE DRIVERS!! The driver I had drove down the turn lane in Grandview to get past the heavy traffic, way to fast and DANGEROUS! I have never need so scared for my life! I had to physically threaten the driver to get out of his van! Before I could get all the way out, he told me what he thought of me and quickly drove off while my arm was still in the van. I have reported this and would strongly encourage you to find another way to your destination. These types of irresponsible companies should be forced to close with penalties!

I been using New Albany Taxi about twice a month for several years. I have always found their service to be prompt and courteous. After trying several other services in the area, New Albany Taxi is the most dependable.

I took this taxi from the bus station to my job site in the early afternoon. When I came out of the station the driver was polite and asked me if I need a ride. I had to put my own bags in the taxi on the seat next to me. I told him where I was headed and he made the comment that he taking me to my job was a waste of time and he didn't know how to charge me for such as short distance. He commented that I should walk because it was only two blocks. (I usually did walk but I was short of breath from a bad cold at that time and didn't think I could make it to my job site.) I told him I would give him five dollars for the two block ride and under his breath he said "this is stupid" however he did take me there. On the ride I mentioned that I thought the taxi was a service for those who needed a ride and he said no it's about money, gas prices are hurting his business. I was very disappointed with this driver. I called and talked to the manager where he worked and he blew me off also. Said he couldn't do anything because I didn't get the cab number or the drivers name.

I will never use this taxi again and I will let everyone I know about the terrible service.
