Someone wrecked my car which had all my clothes, shoes, impt paperwork from office. I'd just bought the car so hadn't sent in title to DMV.Union Co Wrecker was very mean to me and when I called, owner told me only the registered owner could get anythg out of it. I explained to him that the title showed transfer of ownership to me on back of title. He said he didn't care what back of it said.the registered owner City Of Tupelo Narcotics Div as I bought it at the auction had seized vehicles.Lt. Dodson with City of Tupelo Narc. Told me to take bill of sale with me.we drove 160 round trip to union co wrecker and I only had copy of my drivers license which i could've emailed him copy bc my license were in car.he wouldn't let me get things out of car without me having a license for him to photocopy. I have had to wear same outfit for over week now and depressed. I have enuf issues to deal with and just need my clothes....its cruel that he seems to get enjoyment out of being so mean...

Do not, I repeat, don't trust them. I had to take my car back to them 4 times in less than 2 weeks. I bought a transmission from them. I was told both by the owner and the mechanic it was good but they were wrong and now i'm very disappointed and disatisfied. Just because you are a preacher's son doesn't exactly mean u are honest!
DO NOT TRUST THEM TO REPAIR YOUR VEHICLE. I am from out of state, my vehicle broke down in New Albany, MS. I took it to Union County Wrecker and had to find a ride back to my home state. The next morning Union County Wrecker informed me that I needed a new motor. I asked what type of test they did to determine the motor was bad, all i got was "there's rattling in the bottom of your motor". I was not comfortable with this answer so I took a day off, borrowed a truck and car hauler, and went to MS to pick up my vehicle. I took it to my local mechanic and $40 later I'm driving down the road. Obviously there was nothing wrong with my motor. If I had trusted Union County Wrecker I would currently be out several thousand dollars and my vehicle still wouldn't be fixed. I spoke with the Office Manager at Union County Wrecker and tried to get in touch with the owner. I also sent an email online trying to contact the owner. All I was looking for was acknowledgement that the owner was aware of my experience at his establishment. Either the owner never got the message or it wasn't important enough to reach back out to me so I decided to write this review so that others considering using their services would know what they might be getting themselves into.
They were very nice and friendly. The locksmith came out within 10 mins and it took him maybe two mins to unlock my car. I will definitely use them again.
