        My wife and I own a second home in Ingomar. We arrived early one day to a heating issue and needed it fixed quickly as it was expected to be very cold that night. They dispatched a repairman that afternoon and he was very helpful in explaining and fixing our problem. The price was very reasonable and they worked up a fair payment plan that really worked for us. Thanks Riddle H/A for the great service and satisfaction we could count on!

        The service techs are friendly and helpful, but the office personnel are very disrespectful and rude. If I can find another local company to give my buisness to, I won't be using Riddle next time. If you want a company that values your buisness then I suggest going elsewhere. I liked using this company in the past up until I went to pay my bill in their office and encountered this hateful woman in the office.

        Tried to get out of installing a framed filter in brand new unit and let it burn out so they could rip-off my grandma and make her pay for another one.



        Scam artists, avoid at all costs.
