        Overall

        My experience with illume was terrible the way i was treated as a customer . I would recommend to not go there! they turned my hair orange! and didnt do what i asked for and i was unhappy with my hair and refused to fix it. I was offered a refund then denied it when i arrived . I now went to another salon to fix my hair and they did exactly what i wanted for lesser price range.
