Marquis Realty Co. Inc.

First of all I have never used Marquis Realty as a realtor. This has to do with property they are in charge of. Here is my problem and why I give it a one star. I live next door to rental property that is ran by Marquis Realty Co. Inc. I am a very patient person. I have asked for the trees between the property that are on the Marquis Realty property to be topped. Never has been done. The guy in charge of the property told me I would have to allow them to come on my property which I e-mailed him and said I would. I have e-mailed each summer for the past few years asking for this to be done. About a month ago I called the guy in charged of the property on his cell phone and told him about the tree that is split and needs taken care of. He responded and said he would call me back. So, this is my last resort to get something done. The picture I posted you can clearly see it's split. If this would fall on a family member, friend, neighbors or myself action will be taken. For you can clearly see it's damaged. There was a boy killed in louisville at the first of the summer that died from a falling branch that looked perfectly fine. Even the guy that lives in the house said he would do it but, he doesn't have the equipment to do it. It's not his place to take care of this anyway. It is Marquis Realty responsibility to take care of these type of things since they are in charged of the rental properties that are on Yenowine Lane in Georgetown. Please take care of this before someone gets hurt. The guy that takes care of these properties knows who I am and has my number. I hate to go this route to take care of this problem. But, Im not getting any responses and I have given plenty of time. Please take care of it.
