I have been a patron of Arni's since I was a teen. Many other pizza places have come into play since then. I am 65 now and Arni's is still my favorite pizza.
The service is terrible here! We stop most mornings @ 5:25 am and the customers are lined all the way to the back of the store. It seems to me that they would be running 2 registers at this time. Also parking is a joke! Will be stopping at Circle K from now on and hope others will to.
Arrived for our Mother’s Day dinner reservation to discover their air conditioning was not working. It was over 80 degrees inside & our elderly parents were extremely uncomfortable. There was mold & other particles in the drinking water. I brought it to our server’s attention & she just brought out more dirty water. But it was so hot in there, we had to just drink it anyway. I ordered the buffalo chicken pizza, which tasted “off” & unfortunately we just could not eat it & had to ask to have removed from our bill. Everyone else in our party were unhappy with their meals, as well. We will not be returning.
Very good customer service seems like a family oriented gas station over here on 26 street and I do believe the guy owns a few other more gas stations that are very friendly and have very good customer service
They are the rudest bunch of people I have ever seen in my life. They act like they all hate their jobs. They need new staff in there. Its a shame how they treat customers, when the food is good.
Great food and fast, friendly service! We recently tried the place 3 weeks ago and have been back 3 times. Every Wednesday kids eat free too
After waiting for an hour to see a model train bring drinks to the table, we sat down and waited another 45 minutes for our pizza which had the wrong toppings. The receptionist was rude and the waiter was very unprofessional. He told us when we sat down that he had been here all day with nothing to eat and had not been paid in 8 months except for tips. Food was mediocre after we received the right pizza. Overall, very bad experience. Will not be back. Thanks.
I went to Tony Impellizzer's for the first time and I was very satisfied with my pizza. Small pizza 1/2 sausage 1/2 pepperoni that fed three people. $17. The lady at counter was very nice and helpful, and explained it would take 25 to 30 minutes. She offered us a drink while we waited. The dinning area and kitchen were clean. The bathroom however needed a little clean up. Over all it was nearly perfect! I will be returning! Thanks Tony!
Great bar!! It's the coldest beer in town and a nonjudgmental crowd. There is a DJ at least 4 nights a week that will take any request you have and there are occasional local bands that are great!! Danny sure does know how to run the place!!
My family has ordered there several times in the past month or so. We have had our order wrong or have had to wait more than an hour for our pizzas to be delivered. Time and time again more often than should be acceptable. I would not recommend ordering from this location die to their consistent lack of attention to the customer's order and satisfaction
