They sell Franklin furniture marked Lane won't fix their products they break easily the women in the joint act like they run the place the so called man in the manager needs to grow some balls

Over the years, I bought a number of things from Westco but sometime in the last six months, management changed and the store changed too.
Last month, a less than one year old brand new refrigerator I bought from Westo quit working. I had bought an extended service warranty but they would not honor it; they would do nothing until I went to the store and finally they offered me a loaner while mine was sent off to some jake leg "repairman" for repairs. First one would not fit in my kitchen, second one did not work at all, and the third one was half size. After almost a month I finally called the better business bureau and they took care of it, making the store give me a new comparable fridge.
I should have known better than to ever set foot into the store again but there was a sale and I wanted to buy my daughters a new chest of drawers for an upcoming birthday. At the same time, my husband wanted to buy me matching dining room chairs. We bought both - a combined purchase totaling over $600 and all was great until both were supposed to be delivered. Only the chest arrived; the chairs did not and I was told by the delivery guys to call the store.
Now when I bought - and paid for in cash - the chairs, they had offered to bring them that day (Sat) but I said no, I wanted them delivered same day as the chest which was my daughters' birthday.
When I called, they told me they just had four chairs because the other two came in broken and that they had sold the set of chairs I bought on Saturday. I told them I wanted the six chairs I paid for or my money back. They said no, then relented after I reminded them I had just called the better business bureau recently and then said if I would give them my debit card number over the phone, they would credit it. I said no way - what an insane suggestion and went down to the store.
They ended up crediting me back what I spent but my daughters (twins) ate their birthday cake standing up as did we all and I will not return to that store again to buy anything.
I have already bought better quality chairs from another local store, a honest store that cares about their customers.
